Not seen for a while but does have some placed form over C&D last year running with credit on both occasions. Dropped 5lb since last seen in a handicap (on turf at Doncaster) and may well be able to get involved if ready to roll after a break.

A five-time winner on Fibresand (3/13 over C&D) he recorded his second win of the winter over C&D last time off a 2lb lower mark. Been a while since he won back-to-back races so not the most obvious type to win again; usually races prominently.

Below form when he last ran here over a mile and looked well below form on his first run for the yard. Yet to win a race and despite the 6lb drop in the weights and the shorter trip he looks unlikely to change that record here.

Not disgraced on his last try on Fibresand and has since made use of a falling mark to score at Chelmsford over this trip off a 6lb lower mark (without usual headgear). Ran with credit over a mile at the same venue last time and respected off the same mark here.

A record of 0/10 on Fibresand probably doesn't tell the whole story and he shaped better than his final placing (missed break) and despite travelling well his earlier exertions told. He can't be totally relied on but he drops in grade here and with a clean break will be of interest.

Slipped way below her last winning mark (65 attained over 7f at Lingfield) and looked as though she could be on her way back to some sort of form last time out (raced too close a strong pace). First run here (sire has a good record on surface) and may be able to make use reduced mark.

Sire has been a coming force on this surface and that makes him of interest on his handicap debut having been brought along gently in maidens at up to 7f. Only been given a lowly mark and with the yard starting to hit form he's worth watching in the market.

Forecasts

Best Tamayuz (15/8), Unnoticed (9/2), Win Lose Draw (5/1), African Trader (6/1), Wilde Oscar (13/2), Eponina (10/1), Sea Tea Dea (12/1), Beaming (16/1)

15:50 Southwell - 4 March 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

There looks to be a little bit of strength in depth for a handicap of this class and Best Tamayuz could go well again from the front on a surface that he acts well on although he’s not known for following up his wins. Win Lose Or Draw is respected on his recent form and has proved to a certain extent that he acts around here without looking an obvious winner. Unnoticed will be a danger if he gets away on terms but his overall record here tempers enthusiasm. Sea Tea Dea is interesting making her debut here (sire has a good record on Fibresand) but WILDE OSCAR is one to watch most of all especially with his pedigree and on a handicap debut for a yard that may just be about to strike form.
  1. Wilde Oscar
  2. Unnoticed
  3. Sea Tea Dea
