Strictly speaking on ratings, he has plenty in hand of WESTERN RULES at the weights. However, it might be worth chancing that the Nicky Richards trained runner will appreciate a return to Gosforth Park (2 from 2 in 2m turf bumpers at the track), and have the better tactical speed for this AW contest. Of the others, we'll need to wait and see if Nautical Nitwit races for the second day in succession - also entered at Southwell on Friday.
