It took 14 races for him to open his account, but he has defied the handicapper to win his last four. Keeps doing just enough to win and possibly still has more to offer.
Winner of eight races but has gone 14 starts since his last success and looks inconsistent nowadays. Has two wins and two seconds from his last four C&D starts and also due a good run.
Landed a couple of minor races last spring and gradually dropping to his last winning mark. Different jockey on board and has each-way prospects in a race lacking competitive depth.
Fetched 120,000 gns as a yearling but proved to be a poor maiden on the Flat and little better over hurdles. Yard have had a good year on the AW so far and the jockey booking takes the eye. One to monitor in the ring.
Has now gone 25 races without a win. Stable have had four winning jumpers in the last 48 hours, but hard to be convinced he can gain a further success.
Has looked moderate under both codes but returns to the track which produced his best career performance. Stable have been going well under both codes and one to note if supported.
Successful over this trip in 2016 but disappointing in the main since including in five starts since joining this stable. More needed today and visor refitted.
Veteran course winner whose last success came in 2013. Hard to see that changing judged on his last three starts and from a mark outside the handicap.

GINGER LADY caught the eye last time on her handicap debut. She looked green in the early stages but was noted making significant late progress. Bred to stay at least this far and with that run under her belt, Mark Tompkins' filly can take this at the expense of the in form Esspeegee. Amadeues Rox and Harbour Force warrant checks in the market, whilst Bartholomew J could reach the frame at an attractive price.
