Winning will be a novelty for one of this trio on recent evidence. The veteran Gores Island was well fended off here last month and may need his opposition to have an off-day, something that is distinctly possible. ROTHMAN is without a win since 2015 but he did shape well for a fair way before finishing second at Kempton last month and is worthy of a chance dropped in distance. Bramble Brook was a narrow winner at Plumpton last month and was going well enough here in his follow up until a blunder put paid to his chances as he finished third. He is 4lb above his winning mark but the Tizzard team are in super form.
