Donald McCain is a trainer with a good record at this course and sends out the most interesting contender in the shape of THE SOME DANCE KID, who was easily the most expensive purchase at the sales. the gelding already has experience of point-to-points and it would be no surprise to see that give him the edge over the rest this time around. Darry Desbois makes more appeal than stablemate Adelphi Prince as the main threat, while strong support for Forest Fusion would be persuasive for a speculative punt to make the frame.
