A course winner here in the past over shorter he resumed winning ways on his first run for this yard at Wolverhampton off a 3lb lower mark over 1m6f. Not in the same form last time at Chelmsford (looked an awkward ride); may be suited by this trip.
The recent application of a visor appears to be responsible for his recent upturn in form (311) and after winning at Wolverhampton he improved further over C&D last time. Now goes searching for his hat-trick off an 8lb higher mark and should go well off a career high mark.
A three-time winner last year (once over C&D) she now is back down to her last winning mark after running respectably at Chelmsford last time out. Her two wins at this trip though have come in slowly run races and a if this turns into a test that may find her out.
Looks to have now worked his way back to full fitness after a long time off the course and took a 2m event at Chelmsford last time proving himself at the trip. May well be capable of further progress and should be able to cope with a 3lb rise for his last win.
Still yet to win a race but caught the eye last time out coming from well off the pace and being the only one of the field to make any late gains. Despite the lack of winning form she features on a decent mark here and will appreciate a decent gallop.
Has fared much better of late since joining this yard and has been fancied in the market on both occasions. The handicapper continues to give him a chance and if the blinkers work as well again this time he has a chance stepped back up in trip.
Back from a break and maybe best watched here as she remains a maiden although she wasn't disgraced when last seen in July. Faces some in form and interesting sorts here and this looks a stiff task.
Showed some decent form at up to 1m2f on the Flat last season and has since proved himself over hurdles. Should stay this trip now and the jockey booking certainly takes the eye and it could be that he's well handicapped.

An intriguing staying handicap with AUTHOR’S DREAM going for a hat-trick having scored impressively over C&D and then followed up in easy style at Wolverhampton with the visor looking to have brought about the improvement. City Dreamer reverts to the Flat with Ryan Moore taking the ride and given what he’s achieved over hurdles may well look well handicapped here. Ardamir is yet to win a race but he features off a decent mark and strongly run race will suit. Both Retrieve and Caged Lightening are two others to consider here in a race that should provide a good test.
