SPARE PARTS will be a warm order to add to his recent haul under one of the more experienced riders in the lineup. There is no denying he will take all the beating, but his mark is up 19lb since he embarked on this run and he meets a couple in Soaring Spirits and MOSSY'S LODGE who can seriously test him. The latter bumped into the progressive Pulsating on her penultimate start before trailing in well behind the same filly last time at Kempton. Anthony Carson's mare has never made the frame at that track in several visits, but she is 1-2 here and offers some each-way value under a good rider. Soaring Spirits is well drawn to try and cut loose on the front end and is another possibility in a race that is more open than the markets may suggest.
