Novice who won twice over hurdles, firstly over this trip at Bangor and subsequently here over 2m1f. Jumped well on chasing debut when second at Southwell over 2m. Soft ground would be the worry.
Novice over fences and finished fourth in novice handicap chases in both starts this season. Highest rated over hurdles and unlike main rival Midnight Walk she has no issues with soft ground.
Veteran has only won one race in her career, that over hurdles in 2015. Failed to complete in last three starts including a heavy fall in final chase race. First run of the season and hard to be confident.
The lone chase winner in the field albeit that came way back in 2014. Finished last season in frankly awful form but much better on return when fourth over hurdles. Struggling off lower marks over hurdles so handicap looks too much to ask.
Maiden of 11 races under rules and is 16lb out of the handicap today. Mostly campaigned at 3m plus but drop back in trip not likely to change her fortunes.

This looks something of a match on paper between LOCHNELL and Midnight Walk. Lochnell has more going for her of the pair as she is versatile ground-wise, stays further which could be vital if conditions are testing and was the higher rated hurdler yet in receipt of weight. Of the others Sultana Belle looks the best and she is the only one who could feasibly bustle up the front two if she can build on a fair effort on her return.
