E200,000 purchase from Goffs Yearling sales in 2016, green as grass on debut (missed the break) but penny was dropping late and will know more here. Looks a leading contender for yard that have a 15% strike rate with their 2-y-o's here.
Cost E49,000 at sales this summer, sent off a 66/1 chance on debut here but not disgraced and will do better. May need more time though, and others make more appeal.
Half-brother to low-grade winner Topmeup, who was best at this sort of trip, but hasn't shown much in two starts, running to a similar level on both, and will be one for handicaps after this.
Made £60,000 at Breeze-Ups in April this year, some promise on first start at Newbury in October but not so good earlier the week. Quick turnaround suggests all is well, though, so may do better here.
E160,000 Purchase at Goffs sales 2016, nice pedigree and showed promise despite greenness at Kempton on debut. Only ran to a similar level when third at Newcastle last time and now the hood is given a try. chance but needs another step forward now.
From same yard as Artieshow, $50,000 purchase from Ocala Spring sales in April and good dirt pedigree, but yard tend to let them find their feet rather than have them ready first time up.
Pedigree suggests she needs much further than this, and there was no immediate promise on her only start at Brighton in October. Not hard to look elsewhere for the winner.
Forecasts
Court House (15/8), Nice Shot (9/4), Artieshow (6/1), Imperial Red (7/1), Hilborough (8/1), Suprematism (14/1), Father Ailbe (33/1), Garsington (33/1), Astrobreeze (33/1)
Purely on what COURT HOUSE showed first time up at Kempton he would hold a leading chance here - the fact he's likely to improve plenty for that experience makes him look and even stronger selection here. Nice Shot appears the main danger on form but the hood needs to have an impact or he'll find Court House too good. Artieshow may be best of the rest.
