A winner over 6f at Hamilton in June, this juvenile made a winning nursery debut over C&D in late September when beating Gangland by 1L. A 4lb rise will make life tougher as he seeks to adopt his usual front-running tactics.

Somewhat of a surprise he remains a maiden as he has produced some pleasing efforts at this track (3,2,2). A drop back to 6f looks the order of the day, and he's a major player on his C&D form from June when beaten a neck by Curiosity.

A winner at Leicester in late October (7f), he was all set to follow up when ducking out over an extended mile at Nottingham the following month. Still has something to prove on the AW, and looks on a tough mark with cheek-pieces applied.

Always looked a horse who would progress (third over C&D here in June; Move It Move it second), and that he has certainly done, winning well on nursery debut at Pontefract in October (6f soft). Possibly didn't stay 7f latest. Considered.

Kept on well when beaten ½L by Global Tango over C&D in early November, but was disappointing in a weak four runner novice auction stakes over 7f three weeks later. More required on handicap debut.

Back from a lengthy break when well beaten by Enrolment on nursery debut over 7f here last month (Move It Move It second), and whilst a return to this trip might be helpful, he is the clear second string from this stable behind Big Les.

Made the frame on his nursery debut at Catterick in October (6f), but that was in a lesser grade of race, and he disappointed next time. Of rather limited ability, and the clear stable second string to I'm Yer Man.

Found life tough until switched to synthetics. Beaten a nose by Cuppacoco over 5f here in early November, he got off the mark over that trip when beating Rock On Baileys by ½L just eleven days later. Up a further 7lb, and 1f in trip.

Forecasts

Move It Move It (11/8), Armed Response (7/2), Big Les (5/1), Lord Of The Glen (11/2), Blacklooks (14/1), I'm Yer Man (16/1), Gorse (25/1), Hello My Sunshine (33/1)

Another nursery, but this time over an extra furlong. Both Ann Duffield and Karen McLintock are doubly represented, with I'm Yer Man and Big Les being the clear picks of their respective pair. However, the winner will come from elsewhere, and the suspicion is that today will be the day for the reliable MOVE IT MOVE IT. He really deserves to win a race, and has produced a string of positive efforts at this track, including latest when beaten just a head by Enrolment. A subsequent 4lb rise is far from ideal, but this reduced trip of 6f looks the order of the day.
  1. Move It Move It
  2. Big Les
  3. Armed Response
