Irish raider has won four times over hurdles and once over fences. Now rated 3lb higher than when narrowly winning this contest 12 months ago but likely to mount another bold bid reverting back to hurdles.
All three of her wins have come at Market Rasen, the latest in June (2m2½f, good) off a rating of 120. Most recent effort at Worcester in August was very tame and may pay to watch market for clues off this short break.
Winner at Warwick in juvenile contest over this trip in December last, gone well enough in pair of Class 3 events at Wetherby over 2m recently, cannot be ruled out with any certainty. Tongue tie added here.
Twice a winner at this trip last season over timber (overall hurdles record is 2-7), perhaps found 2m5f stretching stamina last month at Cheltenham in a fairly competitive event. This is less so and the drop back also in her favour.
Found one too good in his first two starts over jumps, but hard pick too many holes in either effort. Tongue tie added and once again should hold a decent claim of getting off the mark.
Off the mark at fourth time of asking over timber in Carlisle novice event (2m1f, soft) earlier this month, showing good attitude to get his head in front. Could have more to offer on the back of that confidence booster.
Generally runs his race, and is a five-time career winner (three over hurdles). Entitled to have needed recent Carlisle reappearance (2m1f, soft) but suspicion is he'll do best this term over fences.

Holryale has been forced to settle for second in both hurdles starts to date and might once more be settling for a supporting role on his handicap bow. That is mainly due to the improved form shown last time by CHOZEN in winning a Carlisle novice contest. He was a ready winner on his handicap bow there and his 7lb claimer ensures he's effectively running from a 1lb lower this afternoon. Last year's winner Baby Jake won't be fended off easily back over timber while Star Foot and Fool To Cry could also have their cases made in an open heat.
