C&D winner at this meeting last season in the 2m4f novice hurdle winning the four runner contest ½L. Not to be discounted representing powerful connections.
Exciting hurdler who improved throughout the first half of last season including a 9L win over five rivals when last spotted in a Thurles maiden in January. Likely to be a warm order for this contest.
Twice a winner in France and off the mark on debut for this yard at Cork in January. Finished well beaten at Leopardstown before being pulled-up on his last two starts. Dangerous to discount given powerful stable.

Forecasts
The Storyteller (5/4), Chateau Conti (2/1), Polar Present (3/1), Fire In His Eyes (16/1), Caliption (25/1), Cherif De L'Isle (66/1)
The improving mare Polar Present will make sure this is a truly run 20 furlong contest with possibly Chateau Conti and Fire In His Eyes chasing in behind. The race is all about the anticipated return of the progressive THE STORYTELLER who was last seen winning a six-runner Thurles novice hurdle in January by 9L and may take some stopping if back to his best following a long lay-off.
