From the successful first crop of Havana Gold and the ninth foal of a dam who has produced five winners, including Australian Group 2 winner Johann Zoffany. Stable have had a quiet year with this age group but did have a winning debutant last week.
140,000 gns son of Sixties Icon and related to three winners who were effective from 1m-1m6f. Makes a quick reappearance after showing nothing on Newmarket debut last week.
There has been little to take from his two runs so far other than he races keenly. Well-related on the dam's side and he probably has a future in handicaps.
Sent off favourite on debut in June but got trapped wide on the home turn and never truly threatened. Given a break since and this nicely bred colt may prove that form to be wrong.
Latest effort at Redcar sets the standard for this and he should improve further for the extra furlong. Stable have had a good year with this age group.
160,000 gns son of Dansili out of a Group 2 winner. Both of the dam's previous foals were winners and this unraced colt has already earned a quote of 66/1 for next year's Derby. Stable's juveniles have looked backward but still worth a market check.
Looked in trouble when clipping heels and tumbling over at Brighton when sent off favourite. Poor third at Salisbury previously, but he does appear to be improving. Will most likely come into his own over considerably further next year.
Uae Soldier is an interesting newcomer for a maiden that lacks depth. It is interesting he has entered the Derby ante-post market ahead of his introduction given how backward so many of the yard's juveniles have appeared this autumn. King's Proctor is a potential improver for the Mark Johnston team having been sent off favourite for this summer's introduction. TAMKEEN sets a high standard for this having chased home a subsequently 89-rated winner at Redcar last time.
