Winner of a Navan Listed race last time out over 6f beating 11 rivals a neck on soft ground. Still improving at six and not to be easily dismissed.
Won a Gowran Park 7f handicap in May and has subsequently run well at Limerick and Cork the last twice but more improvement is needed here.

Game second of 10 beaten 1¾L behind Brendan Bracken in the Listed Navigation stakes at Cork over the extended mile. Looks a solid each-way proposition.
Has enjoyed a solid campaign over the summer with consistent performances in Group 2 and 3 company. Second of 10 earlier this month in the Group 1 Prix De La Foret.
Spent most of the spring and early summer running in Group and Listed contest at Newmarket. Gallant third of 10 beaten 1L in the Listed Fortune stakes on stable debut.
Has had a fairly solid summer, without winning, since landing a double at Haydock in June. Tough ask on bare form though and others preferred.

C&D winner at this meeting 12 months ago and has produced some solid and consistent performances over the summer. Each-way potential.
Has basically struggled since winning a Galway maiden in September last year. Vast improvement needed to figure here.

Plenty of willing pacemakers here with Geological, Texas Rock, Mijjack and Perle De La Mer all like to be showing plenty of zip in the early stages. The hold up tactics of So Beloved could play against the gelding here so a chance is taken with the Dermot Weld-trained MAKING LIGHT who is a C&D winner and has produced some solid and consistent performances over the summer.
