Vera Drake switches to the AW for the first time after a couple of consistent efforts on turf, and she should stay this longer trip in a race which lacks any real depth, whilst Irish raider Santa Anna looks an interesting newcomer, being a half-sister to Newcastle AW specialist Rashford's Double. However, CONSOLIDA doesn't have to improve all that much from her Newmarket debut in order to score at the second time of asking. By Sir Percy, she should relish this stiff mile (and much more) and is fully capable of providing Cumani and Spencer with a quickfire double.
