22 Flat runs and still no winning form to his name and that hardly inspires confidence. Again ran far too freely last time out his second poor run in a row and hard to trust him here even dropping in grade.

Belatedly showed improved form when winning an apprentice handicap over a mile at Ripon on her penultimate start. Ran far better than her finishing position suggests (failed to gain a clear run) when in midfield last time and could take a hand here.

Hardly a winning machine with just a Lingfield maiden victory to his name but based on the evidence of his last run over C&D in a 0-65 handicap he would have claims. Cheekpieces worn the last three times appear to have brought about some steady improvement.

Yet to win a race and his AW form reads much better than his turf form which introduces doubts here. Last two turf runs have admittedly been in much better grade but you are taking a chance about his effectiveness on the surface here.

First run for this yard having shown very little in lowly company when with Tony Carroll and he may well need this after a fair break and others are much preferred.

Proving to be a consistent sort even of it is only in modest maidens and handicaps and went well enough in first-time cheekpieces last time out. She has the assistance of a decent apprentice here and is nicely drawn and has chances of breaking her maiden.

Bounced back to form on his last two runs (brought back in trip) and travelled in a smooth fashion last time out at Chepstow when finishing fourth. Looks quite nicely weighted here and from a good draw should be able to make an impression.

Decent enough when taking fourth in a handicap (0-65) here last time out over slightly further although he was off the bridle before most. This shorter trip isn't ideal therefore and he's disadvantaged by the weights also.

Showed some improved form on his seasonal reappearance when a big price at Haydock in June in a far higher grade over 1m2f. But has failed to build on that in three starts since and he's now back to a mile after running over 1m4f last time.

17:35 Beverley - 20 September 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Much the same as the first division of this classified stakes where there are only a few with solid form and even that it fairly modest. Euro Mac was a little unlucky last time when not gaining a clear run and did at least win the time before and she has claims although the wide draw is a little off putting. Rebel State is one that looks as though he could run a sound race while Pitch High looks to be another who is should be capable in this grade and has been running well of late. Callum Rodriguez brings plenty of experience to the party here though and that should help with the filly KULGRI who has been running well enough of late to take something like this.
  1. Kulgri
  2. Pitch High
  3. Euro Mac
