Is a half-brother to useful stayer Angel Gabriel, so this step back up in trip may help the situation as he looked one paced over shorter last time. Seems to handle some cut and may yet do better.
Didn't quite get home over further at Newbury last time and was collared late on. Up 2lb for that but clearly handles a bit of cut, appears on the upgrade and yard get plenty of winners here. One of the more likely ones.
Came good at the first time stepping into handicaps when encountering 10f and soft ground at Lingfield last time. Further step up in trip here, which is likely to be beneficial and every chance of the follow up from 5lb higher.
Stepped up in trip this season, like so many from the yard, but hasn't got his head in front yet despute going off favourite twice. Still looks to be learning the job, however, so may yet progress, and simply can't be ruled out.
Went close at Lingfield in June but other than that, there's little to write home about and he's not really looked like shedding his maiden tag. Big step back up in trip here too, and makes only minimal appeal.
Latest Yarmouth effort probably best forgiven, as he saw too much daylight and pulled too hard, and previous close second at Haydock indicated he might be up to winning something. Ground and trip both ask questions though, so others preferred.
Hasn't really progressed for the step into handicap company on his last two starts and he didn't seem to get home over this trip at Catterick last time. This is a bit easier, so he may yet do better, but in truth, he needs to.
Only had the four starts and was noted putting in some late work over 10f at Brighton on handicap debut last time, and this step up in trip is worth a try on that. Yard have a 25% strike rate here and she can improve again.
Stablemate of the above Celtik Secret, already looked in need of further based on her one-paced third over this trip (in heavy ground) at Ffos Las last time and unless there's a deluge, may find others that bit quicker here.
The Hughie Morrison pair at the foot of the handicap - Celtik Secret and Karabatika - are both worth a look in the market but at this stage, preference is for MEYANDI, for whom this drop back in trip can prove the catalyst for a win. Mirimar is another in good form and there's no reason for him not to go close in his bid to follow up his Lingfield win.
