Took this last year and dotted up under a good ride last time on a day when positive tactics ruled the day at Pontefract. A 4lb rise is undemanding and the stable are 2-4 in the last fortnight.
Winner of two races including one over C&D. Both victories have been gained from the front as was her best display of this term. Faces competition for the lead here and draw has not been kind.
1-11 around here but would be considered a better horse on AW circuits. Current form of the stable is another concern.
Had proven consistent this term until disappointing off this revised mark three weeks ago. Others appear more favourably treated.
Has flattered to deceive on more than one occasion this term and his enthusiasm has to be questioned. Without a win since April 2015 and hard to fancy despite his plunging mark.
C&D winner who has registered four wins in handicaps but all from marks no higher than 68. Well drawn and ought to be in the thick of the action but likely to meet a better handicapped rival.
Landed races at Wolverhampton and Hamilton this year under positive rides. Sandra's Secret is a potential spoiler in that regard and the draw is unhelpful too.
Will have found 1m too far last time but doubtful he has the legs for this. Handicap mark is beginning to look attractive.
Poor on his last two starts despite having suitable conditions and a declining mark. Requires a dramatic revival in fortunes.
Almost two years since his last win but has gone close three times this summer before finding a step up in class beyond him 12 days ago. Plum draw here and should be thereabouts.

Last year's winner SANDRA'S SECRET was impressive when scoring at Pontefract under an enterprising ride. A 4lb rise is undemanding and offset by the rider's claim. She should be hard to beat from a handy draw. Point Of Woods has place prospects back in this grade, whilst Hilary J and Spirit Of Wedza would have claims if able to get on the front end.
