Winner of the competitive Windsor Castle Stakes at Ascot two starts ago. No surprise to see him back down to the minimum trip after running poorly in the July Stakes since. Tongue strap applied for the first time.
Yet to finish out the first two in a trio of novice contests, this is obviously a big step up but he deserves to take his chance and could possibly manage to place.
Very impressive in winning the Super Sprint at Newbury, and deserves an attempt at least at this level. Low draws have a fair record in this race and he has to be respected.
A long way behind both Bengali Boys and Sound And Silence in his two most recent races, and though this trip and ground are probably what he wants he is below the standard of this class at least for now.
Well beaten in a Goodwood Group 3 last time over this trip. Probably best over a furlong further, though he could improve for the likely better ground here.
Hasn't been able to make his mark in Group/Listed company up to now, but got off the mark at Newcastle recently and has placed in Listed company in France.
Beaten by the promising Havana Grey the last twice and retains significant potential. Looks good enough to hold his own in Listed company and is one for the shortlist here.
Won a handicap at this course two starts ago but that form is a long way off what is likely to be required here and others hold much more convincing claims.
Beaten by Sound And Silence in the Windsor Castle Stakes but went close at Deauville since and has a chance here on that form. Seems to go on any ground despite perceived disadvantage of US horses on soft.
Off the mark at Musselburgh last time out but well beaten by Bengali Boys the time before that and unlikely to have progressed quickly enough to even come close to reversing that form now.
Beaten fairly comprehensively in Listed company the last twice and though he is probably still progressing slowly, he needs to show more here.
Possibly found out by the soft ground at Newbury last time out and form behind the likes of Clemmie and Heartache earlier in the season reads well. Possibly not up to this level but deserves another chance to prove himself.

This looks deeper than the Super Sprint which BENGALI BOYS won in such impressive style, but he seems just as effective on a sound surface, and given how well he won that Newbury race there is every chance he can record a Listed victory at the first time of asking here. He must see off the challenge of Windsor Castle Stakes winner Sound And Silence now dropped back down to the minimum trip, which is sure to suit Charlie Appleby's charge, and To Wafij, who has finished behind some useful types in his recent races.
