Tends to pop up once a year, and on the plus side, is a C&D winner here back in 2015. Not beaten far on either of his last couple of outings and this looks more suitable. Not discounted.
Has won after a year's break before, so don't discount simply because he's not been since since last November, and with both trip and likely soft ground fine, he could go well here.
Won a Thurles handicap hurdle last November and well handicapped here on that, but didn't really show enough in comeback run after an absence at Punchestown recently (pulled too hard) and best watched at present.
Yet to win after 20 starts and in truth, hasn't been doing enough lately to suggest he's about to break that sequence, although not completely disgraced at Limerick two starts ago. Still hard to fancy on chase handicap debut today.
A decent effort over C&D last September puts her in the frame here (heavy ground, so any rain a positive) and a couple of recent efforts suggest there's a race in her, despite still being a maiden after 23 starts. Not ruled out here.
Hard to win with, and even the touch of Dan Skelton only produced the one win over fences (and that over three miles). Not doing enough at present to suggest he's up to winning this, and easy to look elsewhere for the winner.
Well into the veteran stage now, and you have to go back to 2013 to find the last time he got his head in front. Sent off big prices recently and well beaten most occasions, so hard to fancy here.
There's a couple of runs on his recent card that don't make him a total no-hoper here, and his last time out Killarney effort had a modicum of promise to it. Slight drop back in trip may help, but still a risky proposition.
Yet to win in 18 starts but has excuses for a couple of his chase starts (found 3m too far at Thurles in February). Stuck to the task over hurdles last time and soft ground would suit him well, so despite some mediocre looking form figures, not completely discounted.
Sent off huge prices last few and has shown very little. Hard to fancy on the evidence available and makes little appeal.

This looks pretty open, and plenty hold some sort of a chance. FAIRYMOUNT BOY has yet to get off the mark but might be worth a try at a likely big price. He gives the impression that this trip on soft ground will prove ideal, and if jumping with some fluency, might cause an upset. Charlotte's Chum is another yet to get off the mark but she's running okay at present and is capable of hitting the frame. Ballyfinboy and Mic Milano are others to consider.
