Looks like having his preferred going here and this is his optimum trip. Ran well over 6f in a better race last time and can do even better back over this distance in this grade. Claims.
Has shown bits of promise in three runs to date, though her handicap mark looks tough enough on that evidence for her debut in this sphere.
0-15 so far and sliding to the sort of mark from which he can probably get competitive. Drop in trip from 6½f last time not certain to suit, given his run on soft/heavy ground at Gowran (7f) last year. Market check looks prudent.
Showed steady improvement in three maidens at 5f-6f but was well beaten on his handicap debut and has now left Clive Cox for this yard. Goes into this stable debut with a 2lb drop, but clearly has a bit to prove after his last effort.
Scored over this trip on soft ground at Leicester last year when 10lb higher and put in her best recent effort when there was cut in the ground at Catterick in June. Very interesting in these conditions, from this mark and in first-time headgear.
The most recent of her two wins was over C&D (soft) last September from 2lb higher than today, although she was made joint-favourite here last time from this mark (good to soft) when being beaten 5L. Short-list material if she can run to her ability.
Prolific-winning veteran who has always enjoyed cut in the ground and 5f-6f. Has plummeted in the weights since his last win and is 6lb lower than that All Weather success. Different headgear on here but still takes a leap of faith to see him winning this on recent evidence.
Yet to make the frame in 19 starts and comfortably held from this mark in numerous starts. Also out of the handicap here and hard to make a case for her.
Shown very little in maidens and two handicaps so far. Further 3lb drop going into this first turf handicap will do no harm, but plenty to prove.

Check out the market with regard to New Identity, who is slipping to an interesting mark. Prominna looks likely to be competitive off topweight, while Your Gifted has claims but this will be tougher under a penalty. Diminutive and Celerity are other possible winners, but the vote goes to LADY JOANNA VASSA, for whom conditions and trip are ideal and from this mark in headgear she can come good.
