Ran a fair race over this trip and Lingfield last time out, and was beaten here only by an odds-on favourite on his penultimate start. This looks a realistic target for him.
This is probably her easiest assignment since switching from maidens to handicap company, and having been dropped a useful 2lb she could find this a good opportunity to get off the mark with a top jockey in the saddle for the first time.
Made up for a disappointing defeat at Lingfield last month with an easy 4L victory at the same course last time out (1m2f, good). Longer trip here no issue and a 4lb rise looks potentially lenient.
Raised 5lb for a C&D victory last time out, which, while impressive, means that a career best will probably be required here. He does still seem progressive, though.

If building on an easy victory at Lingfield last time out then Pondering could prove hard to beat here, but she doesn't seem the most reliable type and preference is for the other filly in the race CUBSWIN. It's very interesting to see Andrea Atzeni booked to ride this horse for the first time and this seems a much more realistic race for her, for all that she hasn't been disgraced in more competitive handicaps, since when she's been dropped a useful 2lb. She can get the better of her rivals, including Pete So High, who has run creditably the last twice, with one of those races coming here.
