Winner on his third start at Ripon in June on his first run for this yard having had two runs in Ireland when a short-priced favourite over 5f. Then headed to the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot also over 5f where he wasn't disgraced (finished 8th to Sound And Silence) and looked to find that an inadequate test and now back to 6f.

Stable certainly have had plenty of two-year-old runners and winners this season with their current recording standing at 28/161. This one made a relatively modest debut and looks as though he might be better with that run under his belt when finishing fifth at Nottingham. Wasn't beaten far and there's every chance that he can improve here.

Half-brother to several winners, including two -year-old mile winner Fikrah (by Medicean) but he looked green and inexperienced when a 25/1 shot on his debut at Newcastle. He may well come on a little for that but still has plenty to find here.

The second debutante from this stable and this one wasn't a cheap purchase either going for €75,000 as a yearling. By Dawn Approach he's the first foal of a dam who was a 1m2f winner and looks as though he might need a little further in time although it will be interesting to see in the netting which is the more fancied from this yard who do well here.

This stable are now getting going again after their enforced absence and probably haven't had as many juvenile runners and winners so far die to that situation. Just two winners on the board so far in this age group this one cost 190,000 as the Breeze-Ups and he's a half-brother to three winners and on pedigree looks to have some speed for this 6f trip.

Withdrawn from an engagement at Beverley recently she showed improved form from her debut at Carlisle last time out taking the runner-up slot (beaten 2L) in what looked a modest maiden but has produced two subsequent winners (the third and the sixth both winners) she still looks to have a stiff task though but could pick up a maiden or nursery in time.

Top stable that have really cracked on with their juveniles of late and this one looks as though she could be another useful newcomer. Closely related to plenty of winners she is a half sister to six winners and makes plenty of appeal on pedigree.

13:45 Ayr - 10 July 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A good juvenile contest to open the card before the handicap action gets underway with Another Batt setting the standard on his Windsor Castle form but he does have to give weight away all round here and faces some potentially useful rivals here. Cosa Nostra is likely to have improved from his debut while another one with experience in Mable Lee isn’t ruled out but it’s the newcomers that may be the biggest dangers with Beatbox Rhythm looking the pick of the Karl Burke duo and Stormbringer looking to get the Ryan team back on track with their juveniles. The Mark Johnston filly TIGHT LINES is the suggestion here though with the stable going well this well-related filly could make a winning debut for a yard that have already had nine winning juvenile debutantes this year.
  1. Tight Lines
  2. Beatbox Rhythm
  3. Another Batt
