Handicap winner over an extended 1m at Wolverhampton in April but disappointing off higher marks on turf prior to finishing a fair fourth in a first time hood (retained) over 1m at Bath (firm) last month.
Not beaten far in a 2m handicap at Haydock (good-to-soft) on his most recent Flat outing in May 2016. Unseated rider in a Grade 3 handicap hurdle at the same track in November when last seen and worth a check in the market here.
Victorious five times from 38 starts including at Dundalk in January over 1m4f when with previous stable. Well held on debut for this yard over 1m here and this trip looks more suitable.
Beaten a neck off a 2lb lower mark over C&D on good-to-firm ground last month. Had previously finished 1L third on good ground here and while his handicap mark is creeping up he looks likely to run his race once more.
Broke his maiden over 7f on the AW at Kempton last September. Finished 2L fourth over 1m1f at Sandown (good-to-firm) on handicap and seasonal bow last month and remains open to progression.
Best placing since being gelded during the winter came when finishing third of six over 1m2f at Leicester (good-to-soft) on his penultimate outing. Well held last time out and others make more appeal here.
Beaten 1½L into fourth in a six runner contest at Goodwood (good-to-firm) over 1m2f last month on his first run since being gelded. Had just two starts in handicaps and an interesting runner here.
Attempting to complete a hat-trick when finishing 1½L third of 12 over 1m on good-to-soft ground here last time out. Had won over 1m2f at Ripon (good) prior to that and remains of interest despite a further 3lb rise.
Bottom weight RITA'S MAN was attempting to complete a hat-trick when finishing third over 1m here last time out and having won over this distance the time before he should appreciate the step back up in trip here. The selection can be given most to do by Intrepidly who made a pleasing handicap debut at Sandown and is another stepping up in trip today while the consistent Biotic who has been running well in defeat recently can fill the third spot.
