Typically tough consistent sort for this yard who produced a career best to win at Haydock last time, running on strongly at the finish. Well suited to a fast surface but could be a few in here better handicapped. Likely front-runner.
A bit disappointing in Listed company last time and there wouldn't appear to be much room for manoeuvre off this mark at present. Should get a strong pace to aim at at least and booking of this jockey looks like a positive move.
Rattled off a hat-trick earlier this year but he was a disappointing favourite at Chelmsford last time and needs to find plenty of improvement if he is to mix it in a more competitive contest.
More exposed than most in this field and well held by his re-opposing stablemate at Haydock two starts back. Looks down the order on jockey bookings and probably best watched in a race as competitive as this.
Won his maiden at Newbury and not beaten far despite finishing fourth of fifth in a French Listed contest last time out. Needs to improve on that to figure but trainer does well with handicap debutantes and not dismissed after having some big priced runners run well already this week.
Won on debut in a Newbury maiden last season and far from disgraced when a 5L fourth to Caravaggio in the Group Two Coventry Stakes next time. Added Epsom conditions event to his CV in September., but last of 10 (beaten 31L) on his return at Newmarket. 4lb drop will help and not ruled out if he can bounce back.
Won two of his five starts but both those efforts came on the AW and he doesn't look quite as effective on turf. Drawn out on the wing not ideal and looks up against it here.
Won his maiden at Meydan in December and ran well upped in class at the Carnival this winter. Could be well-handicapped off this mark and he's a player for a yard in good form with fast ground likely to be in his favour.
Won his maiden at Doncaster and went close to following up at Goodwood last time. Winner of that contest hasn't really franked the form since and he's gone up 3lb for now winning.
Winner at Newmarket on return, well-suited to being held up off a strong pace. 7lb rise perhaps a little harsh for that win but entitled to come on for the run.
Winner at Kempton on debut but he was a beaten short-priced favourite at Wolverhampton on seasonal return and well beaten at Sandown later that month. Bounced back with a fair effort at Goodwood last time but winner hasn't done much for the form since.
Coped best of those who raced close to the pace at Newmarket last time out, only just reeled in by Ronald R. Gone up 6lb for that but there should be more to come and that rise could underestimate him; appears to be the the owner's first string.
Well beaten on only two-year-old start but improved plenty over the winter and has won both his races this time around. Faster ground likely to be right up his street and more to come this season. Leading player.
Winner of both of his starts this season. Well suited to being held up off a strong-race so no doubt he will enjoy the nature of this race and his trainer is likely to have left a bit to work on. Solid chance with Moore booked another positive.
Appears better suited to a turning track on all evidence to date and not much chance of him getting an easy lead in this field. Looks exposed from a handicapping perspective and up against it here.
Returns to a mile after a win over 7f at Ayr last time out. Did that well enough but may struggle up the handicap in a stronger contest.
Winner at Kempton on debut but he's gone backwards since and he finished last on handicap debut last time. Looks down the order on jockey bookings and needs to learn to settle better to have any sort of chance.
Won Brighton maiden on final start last term (7f, good) and improved on return to action to be close up fourth in a mile handicap at Sandown off mark of 92, beaten just ¾L. Entitled to be right there again but yard have been a little quiet.
Didn't need to improve to win his seasonal reappearance at Thirsk and followed that up with a dominant win at Kempton last time. However, 10lb hike in the handicap looks harsh and it leaves him needing improvement. This trainer and jockey combination had a winner here on Tuesday.
Beautifully bred colt by a top-class sprinter out of a 1,000 Guineas winner. Improved for his debut with a win at Thirsk and narrowly prevailed last time at Doncaster. 6lb rise demands more but less exposed than most in here and could do better if he learns to settle better.
Couldn't have won his maiden any easier at Listowel but hard to know exactly what he beat there and handicapper has taken no risks. Trainer has a poor record with horses having their first run in a handicap.
Winner on debut at Sandown last year but hasn't managed to get his head in front in a couple of starts in handicaps this year. This is a deeper contest than either of those and jockey has a poor strike-rate of under 2% at this course from his last 100+ rides.
Improving with each start but has work to do to turn around the form with the top-weight here. More to come but 3lb rise in the handicap for a 2½L beating isn't ideal.
Looked like an exciting prospect on his first two starts but finished last season with a disappointing run in a Listed contest. Plenty of promise in his reappearance effort and entitled to come on for that so could run well returned to faster ground.
Off the mark in a Navan handicap at Navan last time out but handicapper hasn't taken any chances and he'll probably do better over a little further given more time.
Well beaten on two starts this year and looks in need of relief from the handicapper before becoming of interest. Yard have been a little quiet.
Won a Ripon handicap last summer but has struggled off his revised mark since. Entirely possible he will come on for his seasonal reappearance over further than this and trainer has a fine record around here.Yard also hit form in recent weeks so can't be ruled out with a useful 3lb claimer in the saddle.
Back-to-back winner on the AW this winter but has work to do after finishing behind a few of these at Goodwood last time. Appears to be the better fancied of the trainers two runners and he's still unexposed so could run well if he settles a little better.
Winner of a Chelmsford maiden and not beaten far when sent off favourite at Doncaster on his next start. Work to do to turn the form around with City Of Joy on that form and the hood is retained after running too keen on his most recent couple of starts. Looks down the order on jockey bookings.

SON OF THE STARS effort last time was better than the bare result after running too close to a fast pace and he still has plenty of improvement left him. City Of Joy is getting better with each start and arrives in search of a hat-trick while Capezzano and Senator both have solid each-way chances at likely bigger odds.
