25,000 gns foal, rising to £52,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to an Italian winner over a similar trip and out of a French 1m-10¾f winning half-sister to 1m 2yo Group One winner/2,000 Guineas runner-up French Fifteen. Lovely pedigree and from a yard that traditionally does well wit its juveniles. Likely to give a good account.
Not asked too many serious questions in a pleasing debut over 6f here (good to firm) last month, when 50-1. Should come on for that run and also this extra furlong and can get more closely involved.
Green on his Thirsk debut (6f, good to soft) last week when beaten 8¾L at 18-1. Another who should do better both for the experience and step up in trip.
Could yet prove to be a bargain after costing 12,000 gns last year. Related to Royal Lodge winner Joshua Tree and half-brother to winners over 1m4f and 1m1f, while dam won over 1m/1m1f (inc a Canadian Grade Three). Should improve for this, but it looks a good starting point and he could figure.
€56,000 foal who rose to €140,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to 1m AW winner Ubla out of an unraced half-sister to 1m-1m2f (inc. 1m1f Listed) winner Rose Hip and 5f-6f winner Amelia. Nice enough pedigree and represents a yard that has had six juvenile winners this season and does well at this track.
The most experienced runner in the field with two starts to his name. Showed some improvement for the first of those when stepped up to 6f (good to soft) at Leicester last time and this extra furlong may bring about another improved effort.
Well beaten (24L last of seven) on debut at Ripon last month (6f, good) when sent off at 25-1. Ran as if this extra furlong will be a positive and will be looking for some improvement this time.
Sold for €22,000 and then six months later £8,000 in 2016, before recently changing hands for £21,000 at the Breeze-Ups. First foal of a placed 1m-1m½f half-sister to a 1m2f and a 5f-1m AW winner, out of a maiden half-sister to US 1m1f Grade One winner Luas Line. Probably one to watch here with the future in mind.
160,000 gns foal who is the second produced by his 2yo 7½f-winning dam, who is a half-sister to 1m4f Listed winner Talismanic, out of a US 1m Grade Three winner. Stable enjoying a wonderful season with its turf juveniles and currently have 10-14 for a 71% strike rate. Likely to be thereabouts.

Stage Magic (6/4), Kraka (4/1), Leeshaan (9/2), Knight In Armour (6/1), Ferik (8/1), Tunes Of Glory (10/1), Coastal Drive (20/1), Partry Flyer (50/1), Jaffar (66/1), Lever Du Soleil (66/1)
Plenty of pointers to the future here and for tonight the suggestion is to go with STAGE MAGIC, given the fantastic form of Charlie Appleby's juveniles. Coastal Drive is another very interesting debutante, while Knight In Armour could also run well, along with Kraka. Leeshan looks the best of those to have had a run so far.
