Odds-on favourite when winning a minor race last October. Shaped as though in need of the run and a return to this trip on seasonal bow.

Made all to land a Chelmsford maiden at the seventh attempt. Made the running for 5f here last time when ahead of Foxcatcher. Drop in distance and some respite from the handicapper make him one to consider.

Bath scorer who encountered trouble at Goodwood last time and was never able to catch the front two who both had the benefit of the way the race developed. Now 7lb higher than was the case at Bath but she is clearly improving and stable have had four winners in the past week.

Back down to his winning mark after a string of lacklustre efforts. Looks opposable until showing he is heading back in the right direction.

Beaten in a Leicester claimer last time and best efforts have come on AW surfaces. Rider having just his third ride in public. Takes a big drop in the weights here and also down in trip.

Runner-up to Jashma at Bath and gets a 7lb pull for the 2L he has to find. That certainly possible as he may have needed the run, although he would make more appeal over an extra furlong. Stable took this last year.

Has plenty to fond with Jashma and Secret Agent on running at Bath last month. Yard have been quiet lately and hard to see where the improvement will come from.

14-race maiden who had Jashma behind when second at Goodwood. Beaten again since and Jashma would have to be fancied to turn the tables granted better luck in running.

Has faced some difficult tasks at the weights and now graduates to handicap company. Potentially well handicapped on her efforts in maidens and interesting with her trainer grabbing an overdue winner in the last few days. Stable sprang a 25/1 surprise in this two years ago.

Jashma and Secret Agent are closely matched on their running at Bath. The former looked unlucky next time whist William Muir's charge will improve for the run. Both look set to be in the thick of the action again but preference is for RED ALERT. He led here for 5f last time before weakening close home. That was his first run for three months and that should have him spot on for this return to the minimum trip. A drop in the weights make his claims even more attractive and he can land this open contest.
