Horse silk
3/10
Useful bumper performer who followed her debut win under rules at Fairyhouse with a good second at Naas under her penalty. evene better effort last time when close second in listed Punchestown bumper and very much sets the standard here.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-9| J: Mr J J Codd| T: G Elliott
3/1
Improved for application of the hood on second bumper outing at Fairyhouse, then just held on in four-runner event at Downpatrick earlier this month. Needs to improve again to lower the colours of Mystic Theatre. but should at least make a race of it.
Failed to complete in all three maiden point-to-points although was in with a chance when falling 2 out on second start. Inspires little confidence though on debut under rules in a decent race. Hard to recommend.
Five-year-old Oscar mare who showed nothing on her raceourse bow at Cork but did a little better after a year absence when finishing in mid-divison at the same track last month. Likely to find this a tough task however on all known form.

Horse silk
40/1
Home bred four-year-old daughter of useful middle distance Flat performer Papal Bull makes her raceourse bow here. Doesn't make obvious appeal on paper but market should offer some guide to expectations
Daughter of Pivotal cost just 2,000 guineas at Newmarket Sales in February 2016. Sister to 10f A/W winner and dam from the family of Dubai World Cup winner Street Cry. Worth a second glance on debut.

Forecasts

Mystic Theatre (3/10), Penny Jane (3/1), Rosmarine (25/1), Classic Shantou (33/1), Papal Valley (40/1), Empors Sword (80/1)

20:50 Tipperary - 25 May 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

It's very hard to look much further than the likely market leader MYSTIC THEATRE who has already proved herself to be a talented mare in this sphere. All things considered she should prove hard to beat here. The main danger is clearly Penny Jane, although her win last time isn't in the same league as the form shown by the selection. Of the rest, the interestingly bred debutante Rosmarine might be worth checking out in the market for any support.
  1. Mystic Theatre
  2. Penny Jane
  3. Rosmarine
