Frankel filly, cost 450,000 gns as a yearling. Justified favouritism to win at Doncaster on the first time of asking with a thoroughly professional performance. Slight concern she hasn't been seen since but she holds entries for the Irish 1,000 Guineas, Investec Oaks and the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot so clearly well thought of and step up in trip should see her in an even better light.

Three wins from five starts and hung on gamely to record her most recent success at Sandown. Experience should stand her in good stead and proven over the trip so less question marks than some of these to answer.

Foxwedge filly, cost 65,000 gns as a yearling. Looked green on debut last year but proved a different proposition entirely at Newbury last time out when she could hardly have won any easier. Has plenty of stamina in her pedigree so she will enjoy a step up in trip given time but slower ground has to be the concern having gone so well last time on a fast surface.

Nathaniel filly, cost 300,000 gns as a foal and 600,000 gns as a yearling. Entered in the Oaks and pedigree suggests she will do better over further but very promising debut, finishing runner-up behind a smart John Gosden sort and should go well provided she doesn't get caught out by softer ground.

One win from eight starts and while she's been running well in defeat on recent starts, she's far more exposed than the rest of this field and would need a big chunk of improvement to get involved.

Exceed and Excel filly, cost €240,000 as a yearling. Half-sister to tricky customer Pallasator. Turned over a short-priced favourite at Ascot last time showing a game attitude to hold on, and she took a keen hold early in the race so there could be more to come if she settles better. Holds an Oaks entry and should go well.
