Has plenty going for him, as he was a winner the last time he raced in the grade, the trip is ideal and he goes well on turf, but pulled away his chance on his latest start at Chelmsford and does need to bounce back from that. Solid chance if he does.
Wasn't going anywhere fast for much of last season, but a change of yard before his last race seemed to perk him up and he produced his best effort for a while, staying on nicely at Chelmsford to finish fifth. Nicely handicapped on best form and if taking another step forward, can get involved.
Outclassed in the Spring Handicap at Newbury last time (first start for new yard) and takes a step back down the grading ladder here, but still looks a little high in the handicap after his Kempton win in January and needs change of headgear to have a big effect.
Hasn't won since his debut in 2014 and for much of that has probably been too high in the handicap, but falling back to a more manageable mark now and was far from disgraced at Goodwood last time out. Ideally wants another furlong but chance respected all the same.
Steady progression last season and deservedly got her head in front at Kempton in October. Good effort on return from break when third on the A/W here last month but possible that handicapper is in charge at present and may need to improve again.

Shaiyem (2/1), Takatul (11/4), Fox Trotter (10/3), Ghalib (7/2), Dream Of Summer (4/1), In The Red (10/1), Ravenous (25/1)
Only the seven runners but cases can be made for many of them. The vote goes to GHALIB, who may be revitalised by the move to Amy Murphy and if building on his Chelmsford effort, may be a bit of value to score. Takatul needs the rain to stay away but would hold a solid chance if it does. He and Fox Trotter can fight out the places.
