Well supported for big-field handicap at Ludlow over 2m5f last month on reappearance, didn't do himself justice there but this has the appearance of being some calmer water and isn't written off.
Very easy winner of a novices' handicap hurdle over 2m at Stratford last month on first start since September. Carries a penalty for that win but follow-up claims appear sound.
Could do little more than chase home the 1/14 favourite last time at Chepstow, Very lightly-raced and scope to do better now going handicapping for the first time.
No luck going chasing last time, returns immediately to timber and should be competitive on recent form having been runner-up at Warwick over 2m in March.
On a workable mark but recent runs have all come with plenty give underfoot, liable to meet significantly better ground now and was pulled up when last out on good ground.
Just the four runs over hurdles to date, showing only minor promise on maidens. Needs to produce a good deal better to get involved on first handicap start.
Form over hurdles so far has proved modest although he has looked a little better switched to handicaps off a mark of sub-100. Hasn't been out since October and is one to monitor in the betting here.
Long time since he's managed a win, beaten off readily in a hunter chase at Exeter last month before switching to this yard, requires good deal more now reverting to hurdles.

Darwins Theory is weighted to go well but the likely conditions may not be in his favour given his apparent preference for the mud lately. Bolister is respected returning for his first start since October and just a second in handicap company. Utility may find this easier than the races he's competed in previously and handicap debutant Cup Of Ambition has scope for better but Stratford winner OUR THREE SONS receives the vote. That was his first outing since September and he did things stylishly enough to suggest he'll defy the penalty here.
