Proven stayer and should cope with the expected firm ground; but recent exploits on the AW have been modest and he looks vulnerable to an improver.
Loves this course and seems to raise his game every time he races here. Does tend to need at least one run under his belt every season but has the tactical speed to figure if this develops into a dash for the line.
Well treated just now despite being raised 3lb for finishing second on his return to the fray at Catterick; a track he seems to have real affinity for when he is on song. This similarly testing course lay-out may spark his interest and he looks a decent option for consideration.
