Sister to several winners in Japan up to 1m4f and the dam won over as far as 1m1f after scoring over 7f as a juvenile. Given the history of the yard in this race she has to be looked at in the market.

Stable have made a particularly bright start to the season and this one is an interesting contender here after just one run as a juvenile. That came over a mile at Newbury in October on soft ground and she shaped with plenty of promise despite still looking green. Travelled strongly on that occasion and given her connections looks sure to come on for the run.

Showed the value of that run when taking third on her only subsequent run on the AW at Kempton Park again over a mile. Has a pedigree which says she will stay this trip and another of the improvers in the field from a yard that know how to nurture one like this.

It won’t be a surprise if this turns out to be a very decent fillies maiden with several of these capable of improvement after showing plenty of promise last year. Neshmeya would be high on any shortlist as would Pure Shores and the unraced Love Conquers from a stable that has done well in this race. Fashion Theory gives Godolphin a strong 1-2 punch in this but with the Varian yard up and running his SERENADA is the choice here in a tricky heat. She looked anything but the finished article in her sole start last year and is expected to know far more now with that run and a winter under her belt.
