Bahamian Bounty colt, cost €65,000 as a foal and 100,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to several winner including Pearl Acclaim. Fair bit of speed in his pedigree so may find this a bit of a stamina test and owner's retained jockey fancies Najashee.

Galileo colt, full brother to Recorder and dam was a Group 2 winner and plenty of stamina in the pedigree. Should go well and holds Dante and Derby entries.

Frankel colt, cost 670,000 gns as a yearling. Very disappointing when a beaten short-priced favourite here on debut. Likely to be plenty better than that effort pointed to and trainer has been having winners at Newmarket this week so nothing wrong with the stable form. Interesting what the market makes of him.

Bated Breath colt, cost 160,000 gns as a yearling. Related to several winners and dam was closely related to Group 1 winner Timepiece. Showed nothing on debut at Chelmsford over 7f and hard to fancy in what will no doubt be a stronger maiden.

Cost £70,000 as a yearling and ran okay on debut but very disappointing on follow up effort at Kempton and hard to fancy off the back of those two efforts in a maiden as deep as this, even with his yard in excellent form.

Invincible Spirit colt, cost €700,000 as a yearling. Closely related to Group 1 winners Most Improved and Ectot and one of the most exciting candidates on paper. No surprise he gets the vote of the owner's retained jockey but trainer's runners often need their debut. Leading contender nonetheless and holds a 2,000 Guineas entry.

Good second in a maiden at Ascot last autumn and followed that up with a fine third of 26 in a sales race at Newmarket. Good standard for the remainder to aim at and with most of the field making their debuts, his experience could hold him in good stead.

Lawman gelding, cost 130,000 gns as a yearling. Dam was a half sister to a Group 2 winner over a mile and he's a half brother to a 1m2f winner but the fact he's already been gelded unlikely to be a good sign.

Soldier Hollow gelding, cost €67,000 as a yearling. Related to plenty of winners, most notably a half brother to Group 3 winner Theo Danon. However, a gelding operation before he's seen the track is a little discouraging in a race of this nature.
