Went close in 23-runner maiden hurdle over 2m3f at Naas in February, drops back to 2m now and positive jockey booking is a help.

Beneficial gelding will be worth a market check as the best guide to expectations ahead of this first outing.
Unable to justify favouritism over C&D a year ago when in Gordon Elliott's hands, beaten around 20L. Since moved to this trainer, isn't one to write off just yet.
Pulled up in a point-to-point last month, represents trainer with 15 per-cent strike rate in this sphere and may do better on racecourse bow.
An €80,000 Walk In The Park gelding, he represents the dominant force in this sphere and is sporting powerful colours, absolutely no surprise should he prove above average.
Rainwatch gelding doesn't make significant appeal on paper for this contest and is best watched on debut.
An inexpensive Arakan gelding, his trainer doesn't tend to saddle many bumper runners and is probably going to have his work cut out in this contest.

Cracking Smart ran a fine race over hurdles at Naas in February and merits plenty of respect now switching to this sphere with an excellent jockey booked. Narcissistic was disappointing on his only outing for Gordon Elliott but that can be forgiven and he might leave it behind now returning for his new handler a year stronger. Jetz and Elusive Exclusive are also worth mentioning but it is hard to get away from the newcomer ON RAGLAN ROAD for the champion trainer. A son of Walk In The Park, he wasn't cheap to acquire and may satisfy his powerful owners by making a winning start.
