Just had the two runs so far but failed to progress from his debut last time out and looked very much one who would be going down the handicap route once qualified. Makes his Fibresand debut stepping up a furlong in trip.
Showed some promise on his debut in a 7f turf maiden at Sandown but has failed to live up to that promise in three starts since. Now makes his Fibresand and three-year-old debut dropping back to the trip of his debut run.
Best run came in a 7f maiden on his second start as a juvenile and has only had one start on the AW at Newcastle. Another making his three-year-old/Fibresand debut but is by a sire (Bushranger) with a poor record on this surface.
Yet to run on any AW surface but has the best form of these based on her run in France in August over a mile. Looked to be suited by further on that occasion so it will be interesting to see how she fares here over 7f on a new surface coming back off a break.
Just the one run to her name so far in a mile maiden here recently where she hinted at some ability although it may well be handicaps that she is suited to.
Showed improved form when running n a handicap for the first time at Newcastle (7f) on her last start. Had shown little prior to that in three maidens when starting at big prices and slightly strange to see connections opt to comeback to maiden company having had a decent mark to work with.
Forecasts
Copper Baked (11/8), Stretewise (11/4), Stevie Brown (9/2), Eddiebet (8/1), Pitch High (12/1), Lakeski (28/1)
The best form here undoubtedly comes from COPPER BAKED if she acts on the surface and she’s given the nod over one of the other fillies in the field in Stretewise who showed improved form last time out in a handicap. None of the others makes much appeal given their lack of experience on the surface Eddiebet and Lakeski looking to be handicap types for the future.
