Yard gone just a little quiet lately, but otherwise this looks a good opportunity for this filly to get off the mark for these connections on her second start for them. Beaten 14½L by Defi Du Seuil in the Triumph Hurdle to earn her current mark and their keenness to have a go is a plus.
Finished 7½L behind Magie Du Ma at Cheltenham and also comfortably beaten in both Grade One and Two company before that, despite being runner-up. Nonethless, she is a filly with ability, though she might struggle against the top weight with only 3lb in hand.
Won a hurdle in France last summer (2m2f, v soft) and made a nice enough debut for current yard at Wincanton last month, but never in the Fred Winter at the Cheltenham Festival last time. Should so better back against the girls and not ruled out in receipt of plenty of weight.
Comes into this carrying a penalty for winning a decent juvenile handicap at Newbury over the weekend. Handles cut in the ground and clearly a progressive sort who will need to up her game again in this stronger field.
The form of her Catterick win in January has worked out well with the runner-up having won since and this filly was in the process of running another good race when crashing out at Exeter last time. Handicapper has left her mark alone and if she is over that experience then she can't be ruled out.
Won a Fakenham maiden hurdle in January but not able to get involved from 5lb higher than today back at that same venue last time. Probably a bit short on class for this field.

A really good contest in prospect and both Magie Du Ma and Evening Hush bring a fair bit of quality to the table and it would not surprise if the former proved up to the task despite top weight. However, the yard is just a little bit quiet and the suggestion is to stick with the in-form DEAUVILLE CRYSTAL in her attempt to defy a penalty. Giveaway Glance is feared, while Fadas is surely better than she was able to show last time.
