Yard yet to have a bumper winner. Fourth foal whose dam was a bumper winner but probably best watched on debut.

Half-sister to bumper winner Glorious Feeling (by Old Vic) and placed both starts in mares maiden point-to-points and makes her Rules debut here for a yard with a poor record in this sphere.
Predominantly Flat yard who have a reasonable record in bumper (3/16 last five years). This one offered little on her debut at Warwick though getting left behind at the end of the back straight.

7/2
Comes from a yard with a 23% strike-rate in bumpers over the last five years. Showed more on her second start in bumpers when finishing sixth at Exeter and there may be more to come based on that performance.

First foal; dam unraced half-sister to bumper winner Bringithomeminty. Stable have a modest strike-rate in this type of event though and would only be of interest with market support.
Sixth foal who is closely related to three winners from a yard who have a decent record in bumpers.
Half-sister to the yard's useful of slightly quirky chaser Nobel Legend and makes her debut here for stable that is 0/21 in bumpers in the last five years.

Horse silk
25/1
Stable are 0/8 in bumpers in the last five seasons and on breeding this one looks as though she may struggle over this trip.
Stable won this last year so this one needs respecting on her debut given that background.

Has some useful relation including the smart hurdler/chaser Double Seven. Makes her debut for a yard that can have winners in bumpers and could be one of the more lively outsiders.

Horse silk
11/4
Showed definite promise on her first outing in a Fakenham mares' maiden bumper despite being very green and racing wide. Sure to know more this time and one of the more likely types in this to make her mark.

16:40 Southwell - 20 March 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Quite a decent bumper for the track with a nice mix of ones that are unraced and some with runs under their belts and it should prove to be an informative race. No No Legend comes from last year’s winning stable and should be on the shortlist along with Rosemary Russet from a yard with a record that is too good to ignore in bumpers. Seelateralligator has to be considered on the basis of her debut run and a yard that do well in this sphere but WITHAM who was very green on her debut is expected to improve for that run and looks the most solid option.
  1. Witham
  2. No No Legend
  3. Seelateralligator
