Winner of a point-to-point at the fourth attempt at Dromahane in December. Justified favouritism on that occasion and the form is working out well with the second, fourth and sixth all successful since and likely to rung well if handling the drop in trip.

Beaten a short-head on point-to-point debut 12 months ago and well held on his return to action in November. Successful at Boulta two weeks later and has a top jockey booked to ride here.
Won each of his three starts this season (failed to complete in four outings last season). Justified odds-on favouritism in a four runner contest at Ballyvodock last time (Singing Banjo behind) out and an interesting runner for last years winning trainer.

Gifted an easy early lead when making all to justify favouritism at Borris House a fortnight ago. Had unseated at the first on his debut prior to that and interesting to see how he fares in this.
The most experienced runner in this field but sole success came in a maiden at Tinahely in February 2016. Beaten 23L by Ministerforsport at Ballyvodock in January and likely to find a few too good here.

Impressive winner of his debut in a five runner maiden event at Tallow early last month. Always prominent he was subsequently sold privately and looks likely to run well receiving weight from his rivals here.

17:25 Gowran Park - 11 March 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

In what looks likely to be a decent renewal of this contest it is the four-year-old CASTLEBROOK who is taken to make the most of his sizeable weight concession by maintaining his unbeaten record here. The selections owner took this with a subsequent Grade 1 winner back in 2012 and this looks a similarly classy recruit. The form of Change Your Story's maiden success at Dromahane is working out very well and he can take second with Minellafordollars taking third for a yard who will have had a number of possible contenders for this.
  1. Castlebrook
  2. Change Your Story
  3. Minellafordollars
