In and out performer who is top weight here courtesy of a C&D success from a mark 4lb lower in January. The inflation in the weights has proved beyond her so far and draw not ideal so probably one best watched until coming back down to a more favourable mark.
Disappointing last time when he went off a well-backed favourite at Southwell but no doubt he's well-handicapped and good chance provided he takes to this track.
Current losing run stands at 22 but probably needed the break since he was last seen. Ran well fresh earlier in his career and on a lenient mark if ready to go but probably better over a little further than this trip these days.
Still a maiden after 23 starts and finished a never nearer sixth when last seen at this course in July. May well need the run after a break and this may be too competitive for a long standing maiden who was out of form when last seen.
Won well on debut but not been seen in that kind of form since and showed nothing on sole AW start. Has a break to overcome and a slightly awkward draw out on the wing; likely to need a return to turf sooner rather than later anyway.
Consistent without winning recently and hasn't won in his last 22 starts but more likely than some to give his running. The market support last time is worth noting but the drop down to the minimum distance isn't an obvious move.
No doubt she's well-handicapped on the form of last summer but shown nothing in five starts for this yard and yet to place in nine AW starts.
Running consistently well when least seen at the northern turf courses over the summer but remains a maiden after 19 starts. Ran well fresh after a similar break last year and this could be the time to catch her. She has a placed effort to her name on this surface at Wolverhampton and likely to get her head in front sooner rather than later. Jockey booking is a positive.
Running a little better of late but yet to get his head in front in 12 career starts and drop down to 5f may not be in his favour. Relying on first time cheekpieces to bring about improvement.
Capable off this sort of mark but appears better suited to turf than the AW and well beaten on last two starts here. Trainer has just a 1.56% strike rate with his AW runners (2-128).
Unplaced on ten of her 11 starts and sole victory in a five-runner affair starting to look like a flash in the pan having not shown anything either side of that run.
Only victory to date saw her win a small field affair at Chelmsford and has run okay at that course since but shown very little away from that track and failed to take to Southwell last time out. Overall profile looks unattractive and she'll need to improve to take a hand.
Yet to win in 24 career starts but best effort for a while came over C&D two starts back. However, failed to back that up last time and looks up against it.
Ran okay when having the run of the race in an apprentice handicap at Chelmsford last time but won't get that kind of luck on the straight course here, especially from an inconvenient draw on the wing. Overall profile is off-putting and jockey yet to ride a winner from 21 starts.

The booking of Graham Lee could prove significant for the chances of KINLOCH PRIDE and her best run to date came off the back of a break so she may be able to get her head in front for the first time in what looks like a particularly competitive handicap. Pearl Noir would be a danger to all if he takes to this track and bounces back from a poor effort last time at Southwell. The market support for Great Expectations was interesting last time and he may be able to gain compensation here.
