Notched a four timer between April and July 2016 (two for previous trainer Sam England), with his mark rising from 87 to 107. Returned from six months off when tailed off at Navan in January off career high mark of 118. Tough task, but ground conditions more suitable here.

Shaped well when second returning form a lengthy break at Sedgefield in December 2016 (stable debut, same ownership) but slightly disappointing when only fourth to the free running Tonto's Spirit next time. Possibly high enough in the weights, but should enjoy this decent racing surface.

Went close from this mark of 115 at Wetherby on Boxing Day (2m good to soft) when going under by a length to Lift The Lid. However, was soon struggling next time at Sedgefield behind Tonto's Spirit and needs to bounce back. Ran well at this track when third on the Flat in June 2016.

Course-specialist who looked better than ever when winning over 2m4f here in December but not quite as effective over this shorter trip in three course runs since, and beaten by 10L when second off this mark (112) over this trip back in November by Venue.

Tongue tied for the first time to accompany cheek-pieces, but has been in decent shape at this track so far during 2017. Successful over C&D from a 7lb lower mark in early January, he saw off all bar Whispering Storm next time (Jonny Delta third), and should again run his race without appearing glaringly well handicapped.

Ex Ann Duffield trained Flat and hurdle racer who scored in emphatic fashion on his first start for this trainer (handicap debut) at Taunton in late December after being bought for 25,000 gns the previous month. A 20lb rise is excessive, and his trainer must be in despair, but he's been given a short break, and we know he'll be suited by this flat right handed track and decent ground.

Seeks the hat-trick following victories at Sedgefield (October) and Fakenham (December), but is 12lb higher for that latest success in this stronger contest. Regular rider claimed to ride Spiculas, and closely matched with Silver Streak on their running at Wetherby in October.

Sole win came in a Market Rasen bumper for Mick Channon (June 2015), with Harry Fry quick to lose patience with him in 2016. Not raced since his stable debut at Perth in September and this looks competitive. Opposed.

Not had the career many might have expected after being unbeaten in bumpers for Seamus Durack, with his last victory coming in a selling hurdle at his beloved Stratford in July 2016. Regularly placed in the early part of the season for Dan Skelton, but not so good since moved North to this trainer.

16/1
Ex Irish Point-to-Point racer who has been placed over hurdles with regularity, but seems to have lost his way since September, and was pulled up on deep ground at Newcastle in January. This quicker surface will help (as could the first time cheek-pieces), but holds place prospects at best.

Forecasts

Silver Streak (7/2), Spiculas (7/2), Violoniste (5/1), Jonny Delta (13/2), Superior Command (7/1), G'day Aussie (15/2), Endless Credit (16/1), Grexit (16/1), Alyasan (25/1), Mr Kite (33/1)

16:00 Musselburgh - 1 March 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

One has to feel for the connections of Silver Streak who has been raised an astronomical 20lb for making a winning handicap (and stable) debut at Taunton in December, whilst G'day Aussie has been hit similarly hard, but has at least won twice. Superior Command looks set to run his race from an elevated mark with his trainer amongst the winners on Monday, but a chance is taken that ENDLESS CREDIT can bounce back from a poor run at Sedgefield from a mark of 115; a figure he went close off at Wetherby on Boxing Day. This drying ground could suit, and he's run with credit (placed) here on the Flat in the past. 1. Endless Credit 2. Superior Command 3. Silver Streak
