Highly tried on last two starts, tackling Class 1 events at Doncaster and on this track, and unsurprisingly could not get involved in either. Hard to win with over hurdles too, with just the one short-head victory at Bangor to show in the last three seasons. Although this is an easier race, the handicapper still looks to hold the upper hand.
Hosed up on second chase start at Uttoxeter in January, winning as she liked by 17 lengths after jumping her rivals into the ground with a bold front-running display. She sulked next time at Ludlow when taken on for the lead and was pulled up before two out when well beaten. Unless Magic Money reverts to front running here, she should get an uncontested lead but may still find the ground a bit quick and could just set up the race for others.
Had threatened to win a chase on a few occasions before the application of a tongue tie at Huntingdon last time resulted in a much improved performance, travelling much better and winning with the minimum of fuss after quickening clear from the last. Carries a penalty for that win but now they have found the key to her, there's surely more to come and looks the one to beat.
Lucky winner at Wincanton in December when front pair, who were clear at the time, both fell three out. It was a well received victory as it was Andrew Thornton's 1,000th winner but not so good when only fourth to Twenty Eight Guns over the same C&D next time, and needs to improve again to win here.
Built for fences but has looked short of speed in her starts to date, even when stepping up to three miles and did little better on her reappearance at Chepstow in January after four months off, finishing well beaten, Too soon to write her off but does need to show a lot more here if she's to get involved.

Forecasts
Song Saa (4/6), Timon's Tara (4/1), Money Maid (6/1), Kentford Myth (8/1), Magic Money (10/1), Lady Robyn (11/1)
Timon's Tara is unlikely to be taken on for the lead here, as she was at Ludlow last time, which will help her cause but even if she does, she might just set it up for SONG SAA to come through and pick her off late. She looked a different horse with the tongue tie applied at Huntingdon last week, winning with plenty in hand, and as long as this doesn't come too quickly she can win again before the handicapper has his say. Money Maid may get into the places again.
