Her best form in four career starts has come over this C&D, and she probably did as well as could be expected in finishing a fairly distant third to the promising pair Garrick and War At Sea in a maiden last week. Makes her handicap debut from a mark of 71.
No stranger to this track, and twice a runner up in three visits to Newcastle, beaten by David Simcock trained horses on both occasions. However, remains a maiden after seven starts, and absent since late September 2016, with a mark of 69 seeming about right on balance.
Disappointing in her first two starts in handicaps (both over 6f; and struck into on handicap debut) following her eye-catchingly green maiden victory here over 7f. Much better stepped up to a mile last time at Lingfield (finished third of ten to Oberyn), but needs to settle better over this much stiffer mile.
Unplaced on all six starts to date, with his mark dropping 8lb since October 2016 (from 72 to 64). Possibly might have needed the run at Wolverhampton off a short break last time (third has won since), but steps back up in trip and largely a disappointment so far.
Caught the eye putting in good late work on his handicap debut in the first time tongue tie over 7f here last month when fourth to Spinwheel. Whilst that wasn't a strong race, the third has run well since, and this step up in trip looks right up his street on that showing, and he has surprisingly been dropped 1lb since.
Forecasts
Out of Order (7/4), Major Cornwallis (11/4), Ladofash (9/2), Naupaka (9/2), Killermont Street (8/1)
Having waxed lyrical about Killermont Street following her maiden success here in November, she's rather let one down with her performances in handicaps since. She will come good with time and win more races, but this is best left to OUT OF ORDER who really caught the eye putting in good late work last time on his handicap debut in the first time tongue tie, and he looks cherry ripe to strike now stepped up in trip to a mile for the first time. Furthermore, supporters have the added bonus that he has rather surprisingly been dropped 1lb by the handicapper to a new mark of 63.
