An intriguing contest despite the small field. Pain Au Chocolat can be forgiven his non-completion at Musselburgh last time, as his yard was out of form at the time and the patient tactics didn't suit. He could well bounce back but POLITOLOGUE, already a Grade 2 winner over fences, lost nothing in defeat behind Waiting Patiently at Haydock last time and will be a tough nut to crack.
