Very easy Wetherby win (2m 4f, soft) in November saw him go up 10lb, though hard to know how he fared at Haydock last time on account of the fog. Although pedigree suggests that he is far from certain to stay this far, that win suggested that there is hope and not ruled out.
Lived up to his name with a staying on success here (2m 3f, good to soft) last time, his second win from four starts for his trainer. Has gone up 7lb for that, but optimistic that this longer trip can bring about further improvement. Leading player.
Sole chasing win came on soft ground at Huntingdon about a year ago over 2m 4f. Chequered career since then, failing to complete in three of four starts at one stage before a confidence booster over hurdles last time. Connections saw enough then to keep him over the smaller obstacles and on some of his form he looks thrown in here, so has to be a fear that he might come good if taking him on.
In good form in the spring, being runner-up three times in succession, twice over this trip on good to soft. However, finds winning difficult with the last one of four coming in 2013 and others make more appeal.
Galloped all over them at Wetherby in November and has run well in defeat twice at that venue since. Up a further 2lb for making the frame last time, so not discounted with likely ground to suit.
Put together three wins from four starts with cut in the ground last winter. Handicapper was not hard on him but he has struggled to repeat that purple patch since. Has a chance again from this mark, though clearly a risky proposition at present.
Came good at Kelso (2m 6.5f, good to soft) in December but handicapper put him up 13lb as a result. That was just too much for him last time when he ran really well in attempting to follow-up, so a further 3lb hike won't do him any favours, though no reason why he can't be involved.
Unlucky to be disqualified having finished first here two starts ago and a 4lb rise for that meant that he succumbed by a length from today's mark over 2m 7f at Market Rasen last time (soft). Yard in form and he should be in the shake-up again.

Cracking Find (7/2), Lough Salt (7/2), Brian Boranha (4/1), Cadoudoff (13/2), Forty Crown (7/1), Cooking Fat (8/1), Askamore Darsi (16/1), Wake Your Dreams (20/1), Buckskin Boulta (20/1)
Brian Boranha may yet gain compensation for being disqualified here when a 2lb lead slipped out of Brian Hughes' saddle on route, while Forty Crown and Lough Salt have surely got more wins in them, though for today we will side with CRACKING FIND. Sue Smith's gelding was staying on well when winning over shorter than this here last time and can defy a 7lb rise over the trip that should bring out the best in him.
