Good second behind Van Huysen last time and may have won if settling a little better in the early stages. Likes to race close to the pace and drawn well for that here at a course that will suit his running style. Good chance.

Won well at Sandown in the summer but winter form hasn't been up to that standard and still above last winning mark so looks opposable for now.

Course winner who is working off a feasible mark. Sire has been a revelation on the AW surfaces in the UK and while his best efforts have come at Southwell, there's no reason why he won't put up a good show here.

Bit of an AW specialist around Wolverhampton. Showed signs of his old-self since rejoining this yard. Still feasibly handicapped so no surprise if he got back to winning ways.

Has progressed well in two starts for this yard winning at Southwell last time out. Bit of a different track to cope with here but they're not worlds apart and this jockey booking is a positive. Dangerous if allowed to dictate off the front end.

Been a little disappointing this winter but he's usually a consistent type. Bounced back with a third last time and place claims if he's back on track but this mark looks a little beyond him.

Inconsistent type and finishing positioned flattered him last time out after he had the run of the race. This track should suit his running style but he's hard to fancy.

Won what looked like a strong maiden here over C&D in September. Tailed off at this track when last seen though so well-being to prove off the back of that but he's a danger to all if he can get to the front early.

Disappointing returning from a large last time and wasn't in great form prior to that in 2015. Even on old form not particularly well-handicapped so easy enough to look elsewhere.

Back to a more acceptable level here after flying too high in a Listed contest two starts back. Mark still looks a little high to be included for win purposes though.

Forecasts

Bunbury (11/4), House Of Commons (3/1), Iberica Road (9/2), Berlusca (7/1), Exceeding Power (10/1), Ravenhoe (10/1), Zamperini (14/1), Monsieur Rieussec (16/1), Mercy Me (16/1), Vivat Rex (33/1)

19:30 Chelmsford City - 19 January 2017 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

BUNBURY was maybe a little unlucky not to get his head in front last time and the son of Dansili ought to enjoy the nature of this track; should go close providing he settles better. Iberica Road won what looked like a strong maiden here three starts back and while his last run was disappointing, he has claims if bouncing back. Vivat Rex made a promising start for this yard and may be able to build on that, he's well handicapped if he can. 1. Bunbury 2. Iberica Road 3. Vivat Rex
