Two time C&D winner but likley to struggle at the weights here. Not been in great form of late but may be able to bounce back at a track he clearly enjoys.
Talented type with poor strike rate. Best performances have come when coming off a strong pace and there's no guarantee he'll get that here but gives the impression he could score if everything drops right.

Three time course winner and has won off a higher handicap mark than this in the past. Likes to make all and not many pace rivals in here so every chance he may get the run of the race.
Bounced back to form last time winning a seller at Lingfield and the second has come out and won again since. Showed his vulnerability leaving the stalls that day and it's been a consistent problem in recent time so he comes with plenty of risks attached.
Has won at this course but looks up against it at the weights against some of these and improvement at the age of eight seems unlikley in this kind of grade.
Just two wins from 40 starts and not won since 2011 and probably better over shorter so easy enough to look elsewhere.
Two-time course winner who is more effective over longer trips than this. Talented claimer booked and decent performance last time but he needs to prove he has the speed for this kind of test.
Last six wins have come in claiming or selling company. However, not beaten a rival home on last three starts and others arrive in better form.

A typically tricky claimer to decipher but BLACK DAVE may just get the run of things out on the front end with very few pace rivals in the line up and he's a won at this course three times. If Chelwood Gate can break on terms he still has the ability to mix it at this level, as he proved last time out at Lingfield and Gold Flash needs everything to drop right for him but he's dangerous when it does.
