Fair form over hurdles and looking more the finished article since he's been switched to handicaps, winning at Taunton last time. Takes a step up in trip here and the stamina test should suit.
Won at Kelso last time out in very easy fashion ending a losing run of nearly two years. Travelled well and powered home but the handicapper has had his say raising him 13lb which will make life tougher.
Has some fair form over hurdles but looked rather laboured on a return from a break last time. Ran in snatches last time and the longer trip here may well help him travel better.
Showed some good form over fences in Ireland and features off a lowly mark here over hurdles. Really caught the eye at Ayr last time when travelling very strongly over a shorter trip in an easier contest than this. Goes back up in trip here and although this is a slightly better grade, if he stays the distance he could go very close.
Still yet to win over hurdles but did show up quite well last time when dropped into a 0-100. Has to cope with a better grade here and might find this a little too much again.

Reilly’s Minor has shown some very solid form in handicaps so far and looks as though he’ll end up being suited by the increase in trip and that should bring him forward again. However, there are one or two interesting sorts who look well handicapped and chief amongst them would be THE DOORMAN. He’s fallen a long way in the weights and travelled well at Ayr last time out where he bumped into a thriving and progressive sort. Both Forty Crown and Professor Plum will have their supporters although the former will have to match his Kelso form to take a hand here off an increased mark.
