Fair performer on the AW although possibly best at Southwell where he's never finished out of the first two and ran well to finish second there on his last start. On that run he remains one to be interested in here despite the change of surface.
Has won his last two starts at Chelmsford and Wolverhampton and is 2/2 under today's rider. Generally races prominently and has won off this sort of mark before and looks to have a decent chance of completing the hat-trick here.
Lightly-raced filly who has had just two starts in handicap company with her handicap debut being the best of those two runs so far. Failed to really fire over 5f at Chelmsford last time out in August and has more to do here against some in form rivals.
Only win so far came on the AW at Chelmsford over 5f last January and she has had just the three runs since then (all on AW). Last of those was some 294 days ago and others may well strip fitter here.
Still a maiden after 25 starts, 13 of those coming on the AW with the last three starts all being at Chelmsford. Below form at Chelmsford again last time out coming back from a break and even off this lowly mark things look tough today.
Scored his only win over C&D in November 2015 off a basement mark of 45 and has found life tough off higher marks since. Returns from an absence here and would need to bounce back to his best to take this.
Yet to make the frame in four starts on the AW although he ran his best race on artificial surfaces last time out over 6f at Chelmsford. Won his only race so far over 5f on turf at Bath so should be capable of making his mark over the minimum trip, although he does tend to race rather freely.
Still a maiden after nine starts which has seen her gain a couple of places as her best efforts. Not shown much of late though and looks to have a tough task here even in this lowly grade.

SECRET BIRD looks to have enough improvement left in him to take his record under today’s rider to 3/3 in a race that may not take an awful lot of winning. The main danger is Excellent Aim who can operate on most AW surfaces but looks best on the Southwell fibresand. Topsoil looks capable of taking a race over 5f in lowly company but may have to settle for the places here.
