WAIT FOR ME has achieved four wins from his 13 starts to date and there is reason to believe he can become an even better chaser.
He's a rangey sort who struggles a bit with technique over hurdles. I feel there will be more improvement to be had going over fences as it will force the horse to 'use' himself a bit more. Already his hurdle form is a stand-out to his opposition's and if improving a few pounds for chasing it will make him very hard to beat.
Last time out, after the summer break, he ran a really solid race behind the improving Golden Birthday on a track that may not have suited him. That should have put him spot on for today and with a nice clean round of jumping he will take some stopping.
